Confidence Gtr Power Pro Motorised Treadmill Review

I have bought Confidence Gtr Power Pro Motorised Treadmill this Christmas from Amazon and decided to write a review about his awesome products. I already open and tested my Christmas gift and it is the best fitness equipment I ever bought so far!

If you have read my earlier blogpost titled Walk 10000 Steps a Day and burn 661 Calories you will know that it takes little under 150 minutes to burn over 661 calories. 10000 steps is the recommended daily exercise dose for better hearth rate.

But walking in the streets is different from walking or running in a treadmill. There are huge advantages in buying a motorised treadmill. Walking in the streets requires to have good weather and it is not safe to wonder the streets at night.

By purchasing a motorised treadmill you can now do workout in any weather, at any time from the comfort of your home. I have done lots of research before selecting the Confidence Gtr Power Pro Motorised Treadmill.

The Confidence Gtr Power Pro Motorised Treadmill comes with a motor that runs from 0.8km/h to a massive 12km/h, the treadmill also has 3 incline levels that you can manually adjust these are: 0 degrees fat, 3.5 percent incline and 7 percent incline. The ramp is 40cm wide and 110cm long with a massive capacity of 120kg weight. And it costs under £179.99 (Amazon).

As I said earlier I tested the treadmill and in 30 minutes at 4.3km/h I managed to walk over 3217 steps and burn 212 calories. The only “problem” or should I say there is only 1 lack unit in this treadmill but can easily be assembled by purchasing a pedometer. The LCD screen only shows: time, distance, calories and hearth rate. There is no indication of steps therefore by purchasing a pedometer and using it with conjunction with treadmill you can easily assemble the complete set.

Also the calories burn LCD screen only shows to 1 pre-determined value of a person that weights under 68kg. If you are like me a weight a lot than 68kg the number of calories burn in the LCD screen will never resemble your actual workout. For that you must purchase a pedometer and set the pedometer with you height, weight and step distance to correctly calculate how many calories you have burned.

There are many awesome treadmills in the market but this only is the best cost effective as it has almost everything and costs under £179.99.

Now with my new treadmill (Christmas gift) I can now lose weight much faster and with more fun. I will now do workouts from the comfort of my home with conjunction of honey and lemon drink and my best weightloss diet to lose more weight than ever before! Merry Christmas everybody!
