97 Minutes on Treadmill is 10000 steps or 708 calories

You may remember my Christmas post, I bought a brand new treadmill and I have walked 10000 steps in it in just 97 minutes and burned over 708 calories. To read my treadmill post visit blogpost titled Confidence Gtr Power Pro Motorised Treadmill Review.

You may also remember you earlier blogpost regarding fitness titled Walk 10000 Steps a Day and burn 661 Calories. In that blogpost I wrote that it takes over 150 minutes to walk 10000 steps. But walking in a treadmill is different it takes 97 minutes at a pace of 4.3 km/h.

I managed to walk 6.93 km in just 97 minutes of the brand new Confidence Gtr Power Pro Motorised Treadmill. I was able to burn over 708 calories by simple waking which is the best cardio exercise for better hearth rate.

As I stated on the treadmill review blogpost, that the Confidence Gtr Power Pro Motorised Treadmill does not count steps that you walk, for that you need to buy a pedometer to count steps and calories burn based on your current weight, height and age. Based on that I can confidently say that 97 minutes on a motorised treadmill at 4.3 km/h will definitely burn you over 708 calories and improve your hearth rate.

Doctors and medical professional also advice that you must walk at least 10000 steps a day which translates to the regular exercise that you need every day. There are huge advantages of cardio exercise it will not only improve your hearth rate but drastically reduce the chances of suffering from a heart attack.

So my advice is to buy a motorised treadmill that start walking 10000 steps which only takes 97 minutes and can burn you up to 708 calories!
