Diet and Exercise Plan to Lose 10kg in 3 Months

Today I will share with you a diet and exercise plan to lose 10kg in just 3 months or less.

Obesity have become a global problem or should I say an illness. In the UK, the government is thinking to cut welfare benefits to people who are obese. UK government wants its tax payers to be healthy and active; and that is why gym membership plans are being subsidised for people who are obese or overweight.

Obesity can cause numerous health problems such as: diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol and many other serious issues. And that is why I welcome this government movement, we should do whatever we can to help people losing weight. There are lots of advantages of being active not just health related but also work related.

It has been proven that active people are more likely to earn twice as much during their lifetime career than people who are less active or obese. Active people are more likely to manage stress and this is why it hugely impacts their career.
