There was a newspaper publication in late 90s saying eat a garlic a day and beat colon cancer. This lead to an increase of garlic extract supplement pills.

All you need is:

  • 10 garlic cloves
  • Honey
  • Peppercorns

Peel the garlic cloves, put them in a pot and add honey and peppercorns. Leave this mixture for 5 days and consume no more than 2 tablespoons every morning on an empty stomach (includes garlic).

That is it! This is an ancient recipe that showed to work better than Aspirin (there was no Aspirin when this recipe was invented).
