The recommended dosage for Purium CBD+ 1500 is six squirts under your tongue, and you should hold it under your tongue for at least 30 seconds, 45 seconds to a minute is better for the best absorption. Take this amount when you get up in the morning, and when you go to bed. I would do this for one week. If the pain is relieved, I would reduce by one squirt both doses for three days, if you still don’t have pain, reduce by one more squirt again for three days, if the pain returns, go back to the dosage that was effective for you. One of the best things about CBD is that you would have to drink dozens of bottles in a day for it to have an adverse effect.
