Today I will share with you a 3 days diet plan that one of my friend tried last week and lost 5 pounds (2kg)! He said to me that it was an easy diet plan to follow unlike many others that he tried in the past were he used to feel very hungry.
I think this is a great story therefore I decided to share with you. My friend told me that he found the details of this diet plan online but did not remembered the link. Which makes this post even more exciting!
Before I jump to the recipe, let me remind you that this is a 3 days diet plan, not whole year diet plan. What I meant to say is that do not replicated a 3 days diet plan in to a 365 days diet plan. This recipe is for losing 5lb or 2kg in a short period of time (72 hours). I have no proof that it will work to lose 2kg every 3 days for the rest of your lifeā¦
The 3 days diet plan recipe to lose 5 pounds or 2kg
Day 1
- At breakfast eat 1 slice of brown bread and one cup of semi skimmed milk.
- For lunch eat 300 grams of potato puree and 1 cup of green herbal tea, or black coffee but no sugar.
- And finally at dinner time eat 250 grams of potato salad with boiled eggs and for drink 1 cup or herbal tea.
Day 2
- At breakfast one cup of milk and that is it.
- For lunch at day 2 eat 200 grams of potato puree, 100 grams of mix vegetable salad and 1 cup of herbal tea.
- And for dinner time at day 2, 1 whole tomato and green tea.
Day 3
- For the final day at breakfast eat 1 slice of brown bread and black coffee without sugar.
- At lunch 300 grams of potato puree and herbal tea.
- And finally at dinner time 250 grams of salad made from potatoes and boiled eggs plus 1 cup of herbal tea.
Conclusion
This is the diet plan that he tried last week and lost 2kg (5lbs). I know that it sounds very light recipe but my friend told me that it was easy to follow as it was for only 3 days! And you can see the main ingredient are potatoes, herbal tea and salad. I am sorry that I could not put the calorie value for each meal but the size of each meal are 100% accurate.
