5 Healthy Tips to Lose Weight Fast Without Exercise
#1 Drink Plenty of Water a Day
Drink at least 2 litres of water a day. Many of you knows that drinking too much water can dilute body salt levels but drinking up to 5 litres of water a day for short period of time (3 months) will not cause any sort of dangerous side effects. It will however help you to lose weight, because water is zero calories plus it can easily fill up your stomach without getting you fat. #2 Have a Healthy Breakfast Rich in Fibre
I have share many times in this blog that you should never skip breakfast as it starts off your body metabolism for the day. And eating a healthy breakfast rich of fibre will definitely help you to lose weight. Ideally you should eat 3 Weetabix biscuits with warm semi skimmed milk. #3 Do Daily Treadmill Exercise or Do Daily Walks of 90 Minutes at Your Local Park
Walking is the best cardio exercise in the world plus it also burns lots of calories. Walking for 90 minutes at your local park or in a treadmill will burn and melt body fat and regulate blood pressure. People go to the gym to burn at least 500 calories in a form of a workout and walking for 90 minutes in a treadmill or at your local park will do just that! And it will save you £££ at the end of the month from gym memberships. You do not have to do straight 90 minutes walks you can spread your time in 3 or more segments of 30 minutes or so.
