H20 Water Diet Lose 10kg in 2 months Without Exercise

Hi, today I will share with you the H2O water diet to lose 10kg in 2 months or 60 days without exercise!

Many people struggle to lose weight and their number one weakness is to do regular daily exercise, but guess what; you do not need to do regular exercise in order to lose weight, there are many ways to shed pounds without the pain of doing daily exercise…

And today we will discuss one of my favourite methods which is the H2O water diet.

As you may know water or H2O is a liquid that has zero calories, which means no matter how much you drink it you will never gain weight. Although this is not entirely true… you will gain weight but it will be temporal. What I meant to say is, if you drink 2 litres of water you will gain roughly 2kg but after some time you will lose this temporal weight in a form of urination.

I know that this sounds slow but I must point out this crucial information because the H2O water diet is based on this practice of constant gaining and losing weight method. Let me explain:

Your body works like this: you require energy to perform daily tasks and this energy come from food digestion or calories. If you do not digest food the body will find energy source from stored body fat. And this stored body fat is form when you eat too much food and do not burn it in a form of exercise.

 

The H2O Water Diet to Lose 10kg in 2 months without exercise

When you drink water your body will not get energy or calories but it will fill up your stomach (temporarily). This will force the body to find energy from stored body fat, which means you will be burning fat without doing exercise.

The H20 water diet works! But let me warn you: drinking too much water will damage your kidney as it will dilute your body salt levels. Therefore you must do not exceed the maximum daily water intake dose which is 5 litres of water a day.

The best way to lose weight with the H2O water diet is to:

  • Have a healthy breakfast less than 600 calories and without sugar
  • Skip lunch and drink water instead
  • You last sip of water should be at evening 18h to avoid wet bed
  • At dinner you can have anything as long as it is sugar free and less than 600 calories

That is it! If you follow the above diet plan for at least 60 days or 2 months you will successfully lose 10kg of body fat without exercise!
