Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Juice to Lose Weight Fast

Fruit and vegetables are ideal for weight loss. Drinking fresh natural juice in the morning and afternoon will help you get your stomach fill up while you lose weight.

Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Juice Recipe for Weight Loss


  • 3 medium red apples
  • 3 medium pears
  • 3 medium oranges
  • 3 medium carrots


Peal of the oranges and squeeze them in to the blender, blend them well and add them to a big bowl. Now do the same for the rest of the ingredients while keeping the skin intact. Mix every juicy ingredient in the bowl and drink it while it is in room temperature.
