This Agreement shall be deemed to include all other notices, policies, disclaimers, and other terms contained in this Website; provided, however, that in the event of a conflict between such other terms and the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control.

Choice of Law:::
These Terms of Service, and your relationship with Company under these Terms of Service, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You and Company agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Marion in the State of Indiana to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms of Service. Notwithstanding this, you agree that Company shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
