  • 12 cups of water
  • 3 lemons
  • 1 cucumber
  • Ginger
  • Handful of mint leaves


Cut the ginger in small pieces then squeeze 3 lemons in a bowl and add cucumber slices. Mix them in a blender for 2 minutes and then add 12 cups of water. Sparkle the drink with handful of mint leaves. Mix the juices with a spoon and put it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Finally drink this detox recipe throughout the day for at least 5 days.
