Lose Up To 2kg in just 24 hours

Today I will share you with some tips in how to lose up to 2kg that is 4.5lbs in just 24 hours. Most people are unhappy with their current weight and I hope this article will help many in how to archive that sexy body shape.

Losing 2kgs in just 24 hours seems impossible but I guarantee you that it has been archived and proved in a British television show called “Brainiac Science Abuse”.

Here is how to do it:

  1. Wake up in the morning and weigh yourself, make sure that you take off your shoes/sandals and do just wear your pajamas. Heavy clothing can misread your actual weight.
  2. Remove all your hair from your body, this includes: armpits, facial hair and body hair. Every little hair has mass therefore weight removing facial and body hair helps to reduce weight and mass from your body. The title of this article is to lose up to 2kg in one day, not how to lose body fat in just 24 hours.
  3. Cut your fingernails and toenails, this also helps to lose weight fast.
  4. Have a breakfast ideally: corn flax or Weetabix with semi skimmed milk and a toast.
  5. Drink 2 litres of water and have lunch 4 hours after breakfast ideally just fruits and vegetables. The more watery healthy greens the better, therefore watermelons, apples, oranges and the best examples.
  6. After 2 hours of having lunch have 30 minutes of exercise.
  7. Because of the type of food you intake you will go urinate a lot and this is the trick of losing up to 2kgs in just 24 hours.
  8. Have 4 hours sleep.
  9. Wake up have your last trip to the toilet (have your damp) and weigh yourself. Hopefully you will find that you are up to 2kg lighter, just like in the TV show “Brainiac Science Abuse”!
