There is no secret to lose weight and especially for a kid is really easy since they are constantly playing, running and jumping. But unfortunately we still find these days obese or overweight children, and there in only one thing to blame and that is diet and lifestyle. We will discuss in this article how to change a little bit of lifestyle in order to lose weight fast.

If you want to lose weight you must first plan you day. Get a pen and paper or buy a diary and write down your weekly schedule. What are you going to do in each day of the week and more importantly at what time these activities will take place? Simple as that!

Another thing you need is a calculator to count your daily food intake. As a kid you should eat less than 2000 calories a day (if you are a boy) or less than 1800 calories (if you are a girl). Every single packet of food that you buy (or your parents buy) have a nutrient table in the side. Read that label and count how many calories you have eaten.

As a kid I used to eat lots of chocolates, pizzas, burgers, ice creams, cakes and smoothies. And I am sure you love them too! And I am not going to forbid or stop you from eating that delicious food. Because as a kid you should enjoy that sweet and delicious junk food as long as you do regular exercise, this means playing or jumping around.

As a kid you should eat as many food types as possible simply because your body is growing and it needs all kind of nutrients to get healthy and moving. This means you should eat at least 7 different fruits and vegetables a day along with your pizzas, burgers, ice creams, chocolates, etc.

And these 7 fruits and vegetables a day and these should include at least 1 whole: banana, 1 whole orange, 1 whole garlic, 1 whole onion, 1 whole tomato, 1 whole apple and 1 whole spinach. You should eat all these every day in order to lose weight.

Also make sure that you drink 2 litres of water a day and drink it before 6 pm (you do not want to get wet pants while asleep do you?).

That is it! Follow all the above guidelines and you will lose weight in just few weeks. Just make sure that you have plenty of fun and play whole day!
