  • Stomach issues (ulcer in extreme cases)

Constant chewing gum has many dangerous side effects in long term such as: kidney problems and in extreme cases ulcer. This is due to the digestive system that gets activated when you start to chew. You see no food is being digested therefore your stomach is getting filled with gastric juices which are very acidic that can cause ulcer and even kidney problems in long run. And not to mention the amount of sugar that chewing gum has that can cause tooth decay.

So what is the conclusion? Should you chewing gum or not? The answer is simply you should but in limit just like any “food source”. Anything over limit causes negative side effects in our systems.
